We are a mother/daughter company that started Primp My Pup in the fall of 2007 because of my four pound tea cup poodle, Trixie. When I first got Trixie, looking for posh clothes that would fit her was absolutely impossible. So after looking for a few months for clothes that were reasonably cost, fit her properly, and were unique; my mother and I started to designed clothes and accessories for her. Considering we both have backgrounds in fashion design and art, we started our dream of having a company that would design clothes for every canine whether they were pure breeds show dogs or magnificent mutts. With our dream company in the palm of our hands we ran with our ideals of combining runway fashion, art, and the lifestyles of dogs; so we came up with designs that were fashionable yet functional. After months of sketching designs, we now have over 300 exclusive posh dog clothes, accessories, and tons more fierce products. We take pride that all our clothes are custom made by us in the U.S. and are not mass produced like every other dog boutique. Chic custom made clothes are what we are known for. We take time to embellish our outfits with the finest durable fabrics, brightest rhinestones, beautiful lace, stylish ribbons, Japanese and salt water pearls, plush buttons, Swarovski crystals, and stunning appliqués. We design and hand craft the clothes ourselves so that ensures your pet will have a custom fitted couture outfit. If there is outfit that we do not sell, go by the category “Customize Selection” and we can make it for you. If your dog is larger than our XL size, please email us and we can get our dog’s exact measurements and make the outfit you’re wanting for your pup. We also have elite dog beds, carriers, feeders, strollers, etc that we buy from manufacturers, private boutiques, and some are custom made by the two of us. We know pampering your four legged companion is the least you can do for all the love and laughter you receive from them.
